Give back to Nature.

We care about Nature

We believe in living a life with balance and moderation. To have tomorrow what we have today, as climate, as nature around us, we need to give back what we have used.

House with a Zero footprint.

We strongly believe in building with natural, renewable materials like timber.

The cement industry is one of the largest producers of carbon dioxide. If the cement industry were a country, it would be the third largest carbon dioxide emitter in the world with up to 2.8bn tonnes, surpassed only by China and the US. Making our houses on wheels and metal legs we eliminate the need for concrete foundations or slab. We really believe that this approach is the least invasive, makes a lot of sense as even after the house is moved, or its lifetime is over, there will be no permanent changes made at the environment. There will also be no need for demolition works and waste disposal.

Re-forestation.

For each house we sell, we plant a tree.

Responsibly sourced timber.

We only work with FSC certified timber to ensure that what is used is then given back to Nature.

Timber is our passion as it is a living natural material that enriches every interior and exterior. We love designing and building timber buildings as they feel like they have a soul and character and they could never be the same. Each and every one of them is different and the uniqueness is what makes them special.

Timber is a renewable material but it does renew very slowly as it takes years for the trees to grow back. To aid this process we plant a tree with every house we sell. And something more - inside the house you will find a kit to plant and grow your own pine tree.

More recyclables.

We carefully choose the materials used for building tiny houses.

It is not possible to completely avoid artificial materials, but when we have to use them, we observe how they are made and recycled afterwards. For example, the aluminum used for windows and doors is indefinitely recyclable material with very little material loss. That means your windows were born from aluminum scraps and once their lifetime is over, they will serve the same industry again and again. SPC flooring, despite being stone-plastic polymer, is the only floor decoration material that can be recycled and could be produced with zero formaldehyde emission.

Living in moderation.

To embrace a moderation in life is to learn to use what is sufficient to you without exceeding it.

A consumerism-centered society oftentimes makes us believe we need everything to be bigger in order to be better – our cars, our homes, technology etc. But by living in a smaller home you scale-down the carbon footprint of your household as well.
